  10. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  11. before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
  12. agreement signed by William Werth, your use of this software
  13. indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  15. Registered Version

  17. One registered copy of NewsWerthy may either be used by a single
  18. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  19. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  20. multiple people, but not both.
  21.  
  22. You may access the registered version of NewsWerthy through a
  23. network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for
  24. the software covering all workstations that will access the
  25. software through the network.  For instance, if 8 different
  26. workstations will access NewsWerthy on the network, each
  27. workstation must have its own NewsWerthy license, regardless of
  28. whether they use NewsWerthy at different times or concurrently.

  32. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND

  35. various hardware and software environments into which NewsWerthy

  40. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.

  47. Evaluation and Registration

  49. This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use this
  50. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30
  51. days.  If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period
  52. a registration fee of $25 is required. See the NWERTHY.RDR file
  53. for Ordering Information/Order Form.  When payment is received you
  54. will be sent a registration key, and be emailed notices of new
  55. versions of NewsWerthy. You will also be able to use the protected
  56. mode version of NewsWerthy which can read very large messages, and
  57. newsgroups with a large number of messages. It requires a '286 or
  58. better and at least 570K of XMS memory to run.

  60. Unregistered use of NewsWerthy after the 30-day evaluation period
  61. is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

  65. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware
  66. Version (not the protected version) you are hereby licensed to make
  67. as many copies of the Shareware version of this software and
  68. documentation as you wish; give exactcopies of the original
  69. Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the Shareware version
  70. of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via
  71. electronic means.
